check again the script. After an PHP update the api stopped working. FIxed now.

Update the tls package to the latest version or at least 1.7.18

Replace in the script the source from gsmarena-info.000webhostapp.com to gsmarena.tclscripts.net and it should work.

Edit: it was an error related to php version on tclscripts.net website. Now it works.
