i want tcl when someone user set ban to *!*@free.html.chat or some other host who i set in tcl. Bot remove ban ban to this mask and punish user who set ban with kickban reason protected host. Only protect and exempt bot and user with flag big M they users can set ban only for this masks.

I want to have in script list with nicknames who can use and set this forbid flags to other users, and when set any of this forbid flags to some user. User can`t use this flags if try to set to him script will send message forbid flags you don`t have access.
