Err yeah thats what I meant. I had problems with the date function in php a while back.

date(): Windows does not support dates prior to midnight (00:00:00), January 1, 1970

If you are running this on a windrop then just to let you know that windows does not handle dates properly before 1970 if using a mysql date time or unixtime format.

That should work. Also make sure you have the correct permissions to actually write to the folder. Read up on chmod

IP databases are pointless in my opinion you will get so many false positives what with dynamic IP's and they can also be abused. I very much doubt that anyone here will make this script for you unless you are willing to compensate the scripter for their time and effort.
