with exec the bot can execute programs. in this time the bot don't react and get sometimes a timeout.

user sends a command in the channel like „!seen user“
bot msg this request to another bot query and give the output to the chan where the request came from.

yes i know, but my bot joins automatically channels after invite by other users. so it would by nice if can set it on for all new channels.
