I want my bot to identify these nicks every 5 minutes to change nick1 with nick2 the nick2 with nick3 :L)

The two users which we are talk about are owners. I try the procedure.It isnt work :/.But I notice that another user which has real ip can connect via telnet and rconsole(this is tcl) but users without real ip cant connect. When i try to chat with him we establish connection but when he chat with me...

i try everything.I changed the host,I paste the flags upper, he has passwd and everything ... ;/

Yes but the user uses only his nick this is enought to connect.When I use his nick I can connect ;/ but he cant.I will change the host but i think its the same.
