if you want it channel specified, it aint a blacklist anymore imo

i dont see the point off not opping the person yourself, i think when the wrong person is opped they can blame the bot of doing that

well a the procs have the code
this makes sure only opped ppl in the chan may use the command, without identify too the bot etc, so its already there

Script it yourself our search for these script's, i dont think anybody will help you with these sort off scripts, there just too big.
