do you have alltools.tcl enabled? It comes with every eggdrop, and I believe that 'isnumber' is one of the commands enabled with it

If you are using mirc, you just need to type any command that applies to the psybnc, such as /bhelp.

you can't get a list of available vhosts directly from your psybnc. For that, you need to go to your shell, and type vhosts...or to your shell providers website, depending on the provider.

If oyu still see a '*' as handle, then you've done something wrong. Make sure you've added your hostmask correctly, such as:

this is dependent on the client used to connect to irc, not which type of computer you own. For macintosh computers, try using snak.
