just type .chanset * +google on the partyline and it will be active in all channels. enabling the script to work with chanset is the most convinient way, and takes about 2 seconds to do.
sweet :) love the new abilily to .chanset everything takes alot more configuring that other versions, but worth it thanks :) small feature request the ability to add bad words/nicks via the .chanset in dcc chat, so everything can be done through the partyline. i can't seem to get the codes kick work...
using the latest version from the tcl archive (i think) 3.5.7 eddrop 1.6.17 and the request was .wz edinburgh uk If you want to see this fixed, or at least looked into, you need to give relevant information. the script works fine for me, tnx for continuing it :) just thought i'd try be helpful and p...
got an error on the partyline when checking my local forecast seemed to show forecast fine, but thought i'd post the error anyway Tcl error [pub_wz_forecast]: can't read "fcast(10)": no such element in array detailed errorInfo: Currently: can't read "fcast(10)": no such element i...
tnx demond, its almost what i want.
im not too good at explaining.
with that code, it sends msg1 to chan1, msg2 to chan2, etc
i want, msg1 to all chosen chans, msg 2 to all chosen chans, etc
about 20 mins between each msg.
i need a lil tcl that will send preset messages to certain channels every 20 mins or so. e.g bot sends msg1 to #chan1,#chan2,#chan3 20 mins later... bot sends msg2 to #chan1,#chan2,#chan3 20 mins later...etc theres similar scripts in the tcl archive, but they would all send msg1 msg2 msg3 at the sam...

/ctcp #chan sound "swear word here"
something like that.
just wondering if the swear kick can be made to pick up swearing in ctcp's, as this shows as normal text on our java clients.
if not, its no biggie
might seem an odd request, but is it possible to make the swear protection pick up channel ctcp's also? 1 of the channels on our server is a kids channel, which can be accessed on a java client, and channel ctcp's show in the channel as normal txt. i cant see this being a problem for ppl who wouldnt...
i posted such a problem here
seemed i was the only 1 who had this problem. redoing the whole protections add-on did nothing, so i redid the entire bot(using the same protection tcl, not a fresh copy), and it works now. so i figure its something in the conf. sorry i cant help.
nvm, i redid the whole bot
it was new neway
but yea, its working now (so it was my mistake, as i thought neway)
tnx for the help though
great addon btw
Never happened on my bot and nothing similar was reported so it's most probably your problem (invalid settings). type '.set errorInfo' in the dcc chat to know more about the error. i tried .set errorinfo and got ...What? You need '.help' [18:08] Tcl error [nickf:kick]: illegal channel: * [18:08] Tc...
