Stopping Bot from -I users

Hi, so currently our irc channel is set to +i due to a dumbass user.... Every other user is set to +I. However, at times we do remove the channel mode to -i, but when that occurs, the bot automatically removes all the +I's from everyone... Is there a way of keeping the +I for everyone when a channel...

I solved (sorta) the api issue... I had mine set to an airport code, which was working until today, when I switched to my actual city name, it started working again the reason for the diffrence is the weather is set to greenwich mean time. i got curious after your post. i got the same error yesterda...

BLaCkShaDoW Thanks for the script... Just a quick question... When I do a !w command, the observation time is about 4 hrs out on a set weather (ie I checked the weather at 8:12am a couple mins ago, and says observation time is 12:09pm. But if I do a !time command, the time is correct.
