Are you sure your host didnt change ? and by host i mean how you appear on irc, not your actual ip. eg. did the host resolve bot...

Sure, I wouldnt mind doing this.. The only problem is I dont see any of that info you asked for on that tv.com page.
A page search returns nothing on both genre, tagline and runtime.

I'm no big fan of long lines, so I like to split stuff up so it's easier to read.
[list ...] and {...} is the same thing, btw.

when you've done what demond said, here's a quick tutorial on how to write to a file.

you have to do that either way, as config settings wont override settings in the .chan file.

Remember to change 'tvoffset' so it matches your timezone.
