You're using the uncompleted version of stats.mod (1.4.0.dev20) in my opinion, lose it, it doesn't work properly anyway (as is mentioned on the authors website).
Instead install the stable 1.3.3 version, should work fine and it doesn't send those anoying notices.

Is it possible to set the rate of plain public flood? I only find the one for mass flood . Or does this script use the same setting for both?

I'm not getting this one either....... you normally set your bot's nick in your conf, so why change it?

Maybe you could be somewhat more specific why this has to happen??

Why ban someone for 1 min??? For what reason, be more specific.
If you don't want some people to be banned : use the exempt function.
Why using a seperate file if you can use tempban on *lan.ch?

Why actually using a generator? Everything you need is in the example conf, exept of course the scripts you want...and this is my opinion : the example.conf is alway usefull if you have to change something later on...
