Hi,

I have an Eggdrop with some scripts that protect my channel.
It is possible to run another Eggdrop from different server and config it like a backup?

If the main Eggdrop will disconnect for some reason, automaticly the second eggdrop will start to work with the same scripts.

How can I do this?

All the scripts you want to use on the backup bot would have to be modified to allow such a behavior, meaning adding for instance checks if the main bot is on the channel for channel commands and monitor it's join, quit and part to know when the backup bot should take it's place and get back and act as backup again.

There isn't some option to do link between the bots?

Nope, such a feature couldn't exist cos it's impossible to make it without actually editing the scripts you have loaded on the backup bot.
