This probably belongs in the shell providers forum. What kind of access are you looking for? I use files-upload.com which has ftp upload access for registered users, but downloads are purely from their http interface. Although I suppose a bot script could download from the ftp account as well. If that's not what you're looking for, tell us more details so maybe someone can make other suggestions.

I think he/she is looking for FTP clients.

http://www.smartftp.com/
http://www.internet-soft.com/ftpcomm.htm
http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/
http://www.coreftp.com/
http://winscp.net

Here is a quick list of free clients i put together using google ;-)

However Windows FTP does not support 'passive' which is sometimes required with some firewalls.

For uploading files, winscp is good free package.

Or use 'drag-n-drop' in My Network Places.

Cannot beat open source for the good stuff. I use KFTPGrabber.

FTP Manager Lite is an excellent modern free FTP and SFTP client software. The clean interface is super easy to use. It will perform your files transfers quickly and efficiently. One of the best freeware FTP clients.
