I've got the same problem I guess.
I try to force the bot to join a channel called #tekview by using ".dump join #tekview" in Telnet.
The bot responds with "joined #tekview but didn't want to!" and on the channel I see the bot come in and go out right after it comes in.
Then I try the command ".channel add #tekview" but the bot says the channel doesn't exists, but that is impossible because I'm chatting with my friends on the same channel at the same moment.
The channel is also registerd in ChanServ and the channelmode is set to +fnrt, if I ain't mistaking.

Perhaps someone on this forum would have a solution for this.

Thanks and kind regards,
Arno

PS: Sorry for my 'bad' english.
PPS: I'm using Windrop (Eggdrop v1.6.17 Handlen32)

It was several years I go I discovered eggdrop, used it for a couple of months, but then the IRC network changed and all the fun people disappeared.
So that was time for me to say goodbye to IRC en to eggdrop, but one of my friends has launched his server a three days a go and I would like to have a stats bot on it.
What I'm trying to say is that I'm a n00b again.

I think I've already looked at the help, but let's do it again.
Can't harm anyone I guess.. Razz

Edit:
Shame on me.. Embarassed
That helped a lot, thanks! Very Happy
