Still am getting the notification abt the ops joining.. thats why i thought i can briefly say abt my requirements.. so that.. u can find out what exactly whats wrong with my tcl..

Hello Sir Fz,
Finally, Its not messaging if the user is not an op. But it still sends notification if the user joins other channels.. Not for the channel where the +join is enabled.. it sends notification where the channels is having -join also .

this is lame, timing such stuff is imprecise, and what if you get join-flooded?
better notify on pub trigger, e.g. !help |
