anyone using this script?

I'm but a linux novice, new eggdrop is stable, I run a local one to learn and play to help maintain others onlnie (I live in dialupville, yes pitty me :p)

but I can not get this script to function

http://www.nongnu.org/icel/ it seems its an upgrade to dcinfo so I thought it might be popular but googling shows nothing

when I start it up and go to add a trigger I get this..

"can't open database" in a pm from the bot.

mysql is running. the mysql module that comes with the script is compiled and added into the bot. anyone got any hints or suggested where I might poke around? just thought I'd ask to reduce the advil usage today..
