When i try to connect with bot by ctcp chat i have error:

i dont know do its important but i uses psyBNC
i cant connect to bot help me!

Is definitely a possible psyBNC "thing". Read the psyBNC help carefully and set as required.
Add [SOLVED] to the thread title if your issue has been.

no its not a psybnc issue, since psybnc merely passes to you that CTCP DCC chat request your bot is sending after receiving your CTCP CHAT, and you then connect directly to your bot's IP, bypassing proxies like psybnc

Hmmm.. I may be getting confused with DCC Sends; been many moons since I played with bouncers.
