i give flags hjlmoptvx for other users in channel because i want to give access to dcc chat of my bot. i see when they are trying dcc chat this:

If no one else is having problems then it is that user that needs to do the checking at their end.

eggdrop waits a certain amount of time for input before closing; check your configuration settings.
