here is WHAT WORKS(every linked bots gets these changes, from any bot)

they are linked perfect
the hub sees all bot flags as +gs ; .chattr +bflov
all bots see the hub as +ghp
the channels are set +shared
EVERYTHING with regular users(-b) works
all leafs will *additional* bot (.+bot)
adding/removing bot hostnames
changing *channel/global* flags for bots

here is what does not work(works on 1 leaf, ill get to that), only works on bot issued command

leafs will not accept .-bot, nothing shows in console as if command was never issued
leafs will not update others for bot flag changes, create alt hub(+a)

generally all updates are issued from hub bot
one bot gets the non-functional commands, and does what it needs to, that works fine.
i have compared that bots config file, maily the share module section to make sure they are identical(they are), and other portions which would maybe affect this.
all bots are running same botnet tcls, etc
this is a very strange and annoying issue -_-
