I, too, am in the UK, but I was too polite to point out that TZ issue Smile But, is it an issue? You are visiting the bot (in effect), therefore the bot is justified in using its local time for greeting.

A suggestion would be to /ctcp <nick> time every user that joins and send the message according to the reply.
