dude, I told you

see that star next to your nick? it means the bot doesn't recognize you - if you had identified, it would have been N instead of a star

go RTFM, or just type /msg yourbot help and read everything it tells you

I type /msg yourbot help but nothing succeded, then logout the bot, deleted user e chan file and run RunOnce; /msg mybot hello and now with the .channel command:
