can some tell me what the command is to get my reporter bots opped
we have 3 reporter bots from our ut2k4 server its dedicated server i need the reporter bots to be opped so thay set the topic

is there a command that i can do in dcc ?

You connect to an IRC network and don't know anything about using their services (NickServ/ChanServ)?
