Hi im wondering if anyone knows the flag to add to a nick in the bot for half op?? |

| i am using a windrop and have been thru the config file for it several times there is NO mention of flags in its config file at least not for users. |

From eggdrop.conf (which is supposed to be the same as windrop.conf)
