This is another tcl error we got today:
<Swift> <trivbot> [11:14] Tcl error in script for 'timer7088':

I think this is all a bit beyond me  |

You may be running into a problem caused by the openfiles limit in /etc/login.conf.
From your shell prompt, use 'limits' to check 'openfiles'. |

Hiya, thanks for your reply. I have mailed the server and they say, at present, there is an openfile limit of 1024 but they will increase it to 8192 for us
Heres hoping this may help

Well it happened again last night --- so I guess it's just a buggy script and we will have to wait for the next version to be released.

There's a fourth option! Get rid of the thing and use a bug free script (free) from a source that continues to maintain their script(s).

use the demo version its much stable
dont enable team trivia
copy the vowel hint code from the full version
im using the demo version for over a year now
i always tried to make the full version works but it always crashed
in the demo version just delete ? " in your question files
and 1 thing the trivia only works 12 - 14 hrs so you just have to reboot the bot evry nite |
