hi
i need help got this error when i type /dcc chat decko
12:57:19 «(Decko» [12:58] -lordwilli (lordwilli@lordwilli.com)- DCC Chat (82.96.72.232)
12:57:20 «(Decko» [12:58] DCC connection: CHAT (lordwilli!lordwilli@lordwilli.com)
12:57:20 «(Decko» [12:58] CTCP DCC: CHAT chat 1382041832 6760 from lordwilli (lordwilli@lordwilli.com)
12:57:20 «(Decko» [12:58] Lost dcc connection to lordwilli (lordwilli@lordwilli.com/6760)
what can be the problem?

try using '/ctcp botnick chat' to make the bot connect to you
if that doesn't work, kill the bot and restart it using -nt switch, then try to connect by dcc again to see the error(s) on the bot |

For me that didn't help.
I just saw the my dcc lost connection.
And the tutorial isn't helping either |

In case you haven't solved this yet, look at your irc client's setting for DCC ports.
(mIRC's defaults will not allow the connection while your bot uses port 6760) |
