|
|
So I guess I've never run into this problem before, thought I might throw it out and see what the thoughts are on it....
I have no problems with my psyBNC other than the fact that I can't join any channels with a tilde (~) character in it. This wouldn't normally cause problems except for the fact that I connect to multiple networks - so any kind of command like /join ef~#channel~name doesn't work for me. All I get is an "unknown network" message. Any ideas on a way around this? Thanks |

have you tried to escape the ~ or put quotes around the channel name? Maybe looking up some psyBNC mailing lists/forums/bugreports might enlighten you. _________________ De Kus

This is a common problem witch newer psybnc-versions. Ran into the same problem witch chans that have a '-token in it.
Try psyBNC2.3.2-4 instead (a bit older but it doesn't have that problem).
