I have looked in the search engine but I could not find what I was looking for so I made another topic with Mysqltcl.
It's like this:
I want eggdrop to work with quote.tcl script with mysql database.
Now I have allready have a webserver running with mysql & php under windows xp.
With mysql I only know how to add sql tables to a database in phpmyadmin.
When loading the script I get a error something like I have to get mysqltcl.
I go to the webside http://www.xdobry.de/mysqltcl/ to download mysqltcl.
Next thing I extract the files to my C:\ partition.
I open the map and all I see are script/text files.
The README file did not help either.
Now I am in trouble.
1. Cannot find tutorial to install mysqltcl all I see in the manual is commands.
2. How do I install it ?
3. How do I access mysqltcl ?
4. Wich programma do I use ?
I know that mysqltcl is tcl interface to mysql client library which is need to communicate with db but how do you link those together?
Do not flame me please I know I am noob.
A noob that just need help.
Sorry for my bad english. |

Refer to this post, specifically the demond post. There's a link to http://barkerjr.net/ for the module. There's also a forum link.
Read the instructions within the archive carefully (if you decide to use the module, which is faster). _________________ Add [SOLVED] to the thread title if your issue has been.
