can anyone write an eggdrop blacklist, which will ban via undernet bot X. and read the blacklisted hosts from a notepad or file.

I want to blacklist some ranges like 203.115.* 61.17.* because i get a lot of abuse from these ISP.

you could try banning those classes (remember that ban supports wildcards) instead of loading a script
