I added a ban to test on someone in a channel. I cannot erase the ban at all. If i type
Code:
.bans all
or
Code:
.bans #phatlogic
I still get no matches!

How can I un-ban this user?

If there is no ban in the bot then the bot is not doing the banning. I suggest you try removing +enforcebans from the channel and manually remove from the channel's ban list.

try typing .-ban 1 in the bot party line. You might also try typing just .bans .. it may list there.

.bans all does only list channel bans from the current channel, you might have to change the console channel to the channel the ban is on.

to change the console, type (in the party line) .console #channel

Replace #channel with the channel you want to see bans for.
