Hi all once again!

I searched for a tcl with this facilities..

1) Changes topic, taking topics from a certain .TXT file.

2) Changes to be done with certain time period (i.e. atleast 24 to 48 hours).

3) Topic Changing Period should be something like Midnight GMT.

4) IF Existing/Possible, there should be settings for all thse above said features.

I searched for a tcl something like this, but couldnt find one Sad

Can anyone let me know if theres a TCL of this kind or if possible can any big time scripters make up one pls? Smile
