I previously found a script that only shows who says what.

Like;

User 1; blaat
user 2; bla bla bla
user 1; lol
user 3; hehe

I cant find it anymore.

Considering the amount written and that those available can be configured in any fashion, there's really no possibility of any one coming up with a name.

Two of the most used stats add-ons for eggdrop would be pisg and stats.mod. You might find them useful: They are easily configured.
