Hiya

Ive looked everywhere, and I cant seem to find where I am going wrong. I have tried with both the alice.tcl and eff-fu.tcl and I can seem to get neither of them to respond to users or me Sad

I have gone through both config scripts... and they *look* right... so I am not to sure where I am going. Is there a setting in eggdrop.conf that could overide the tcls or something?

When telneting into the bot, I have also tried the set mode commands and everything. If I need to put up any config files, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

D

Just incase... the conf files:

eggdrop.conf: http://www.pickledbushman.com/eggdrop.conf
alice.tcl: http://www.pickledbushman.com/alice.txt

I would really like to get this going if anyone can assist me.

http://tclscripts.com appears to be down, and I see they have a better version of the bot... does anyone have the latest version for me to download? I can not seem to find a mirror.

Refer to the documentation provided with the script. Most alterations to scripts require a .restart rather than a simple .rehash.

It appears tclscripts.com no longer provides assistance or hosting of Tcl scripts.

Have you loaded egghttp.tcl before loading alice?

If not, do so as alice requires it.
