Is there a setting to control the -putserv- and -puthelp- speed?

The manuals say that putquick putserv and puthelp use three different queues with ordered priorities. Since I do not use the putquick queue I expect putserv to work fast enough so that it does not violate regular thresholds of flood recvq's ... but putserv messages appears to have a large delay.

Let me rephrase the question.. is there a way to control the delays for putserv and puthelp?

no, there isn't, except maybe some modifications to some header files before compiling (i can't remember which ones though). you can at most use the -next switch to move up the line in the queue.

you could try using putquick to solve your problem (it would be the easiest method)
