does anyone know of any tool to figure out an eggdrops encrypted password hash?

if you meant to figure out the password, there is no tool for that; moreover, such tool cannot exist as the hash is one-way, i.e. cannot be reversed

there are numerous "cracker" tools using brute force trying to guess the password, all of them useless against any decent password
