i tried to use the libmysql but when ever i try to load it,it always says permission denied

You would need MySql installed if you wanted your bot to connect to your database.
Have you done some research on the use of this particular Windows Application Extention (libmysql.dll )?
Bear in mind that Windrop is limited by Cygwin and Windows in what functions it can perform; although much works in Windrop not everything will.

Ok,I put the libsql.dll in modules then in the script that requiresit i put load modules/libsql.dll then when i start it says permission denied and doesnt load
