eggdrop doesn't "mass" anything.

Could you explain better what you are referring to?

like this bro..

when OP's kick clone.. line a mass kick.. the eggdrop kick op's who using mass kick on the channel..

Try reading eggdrop.conf ; '#### CHANNELS MODULE ####' section.

Other solutions are Tcl: Tcl Archive
