My Bot got &(+ao) - Sop on the channel

But when i write him !kick !ban commands he write me: I'm not op'd, lame.

How? He has got an op !

Why this problem is come?

P.S. With just op (@) the same problem.

Help plz !

In the eggdrop.conf it says set opchars did you add &@ etc

Bloated networks giving the bot mode +a prevents the bot recognising it is opped; simply remove the +a mode.
