Hi!

There are some excellent public command scripts floating around but I'm looking for one that I did not found yet. What it needs is (atleast) the following:

!op
!deop
!voice
!devoice
!kick
!ban
!unban
!topic

And then also commands to set channel settings like +mrst or -k etc. etc. etc.

Maybe also a command to view the banlist in channel or something.

Does somebody have a script like this or can someone maybe help me creating one?

Has every command you listed and a lot more in it (although they are done using different commands, check the enclosed Word file in the package for all commands). Also has banlist available in channel and userlist management built in.

This is an old script that I havent done any work on in five years but still holds up as a decent public commands script in my opinion. It has one small bug, every time you restart your bot you will need to rehash it again after it has started to reload the script. I never got round to working out why. But on a cleanly started bot the "allbots" commands work perfectly all the time, the "individual bots" commands only work after a rehash. They work perfectly until the bot dies or is restarted again when a rehash is needed again. (alternatively you can authenticate to the script using the /msg botnick auth password command and then use the "bots rehash" command which will force any bots using this script to rehash and the "botnick <command>" commands will then start working again.
