How can I stop the bot telling the users this messages?

-Eggbot- The password will be transfered and stored in plain-text, so please don't re-use a password for any important account. -Eggbot- The URL of the stats-pages is http://sheepsrv:8033 -Eggbot- Hello, you've just been added to my userbase! Your username is "sweet". -Eggbot- From now on, I'll log various statistics about you, unless you stop me. -Eggbot- If you set a password with "/msg Eggbot STATSPASS <password>", you can edit the settings of your account. -Eggbot- The password will be transfered and stored in plain-text, so please don't re-use a password for any important account. |

Edit or unload whatever script or module you've loaded that generates that output..
A vanilla eggdrop will never talk to you about passwords, etc. with the exception for the help-texts from /msg <yourbot> help and possibly a few other rare instances..
In any case, none of those messages you posted exists anywhere in the source of eggdrop, but it rather sounds like you're using a 3rd-party stats-script that produces all that...
Edit:
This sounds alot like a post you made back in 2002:
