Can a script be made so that if i do: "addkick (kicktrigger) (kick message) it will kick the person when i type the (kicktrigger) in the channel with the reason (kick message).

For example:

addkick ![censored] [censored] you

When I type ![censored] in the channel:
The Bot kicks the user saying "[censored] you"

Kick which user? I don't see a user is being specified in these commands.
