Ok. I looked all the net and can't find this what i want.
I need tcl for spam. But with some features, like Join/Part random channels and if detect DCC send or some spam, to kill or k-line user not to ban or something like that. I tried demond's tcl but its not working like i want.
Help me pls btw my bot is Global Oper

Bot socket run when he want. Sometimes runs after run the bot but not always. He pick up some channel and join it. After 10 minutes bots left and pick another but when my server split after the rejoin bot cycling just my channel. When i said some spam word bot just ban me in this channel where the master bot is on. No kills, no k-lines. I configured it to kill and k-line users but it doesn't work. And when bot put some ban there is no way to remove the ban.

• it's socket bot, not bot socket; and it runs not when it wants but when its timer says so - which is every 10 minutes; it is completely independent from the eggdrop bot and can be online scanning even if the eggdrop bot itself is not connected to irc
  
• of course it bans spammers on main bot's channels only - it doesn't have ops on the other channels, the ones it selects (randomly) for scanning; btw, the whole point of that script is cooperative network-wide spam scan, and in order to do that you need more bots running spambuster.tcl, communicating with each other on service channel - the script is designed around that notion
  
• it does klines, it doesn't do kills; and that klining doesn't work for you means you somehow screwed up your configurable settings
