Hi all, i am looking for what i would call a announce bot to promote someting on my irc channel, as I dont know even the foggiest on how to do this, all i know i need a shell and eggdrop, this is where i get lost, I would like to host the bot myself, but i dont use linux. and if i get a shell what i do with it, and secondly how do i cod ethe bot to announce what i want it too. Your help is appreciated.
