Hi.

I'm having some problems connecting to IRC with my eggdrop.
Everything works except for the connection-part. I get this error:

Code:

Trying server irc.example.com:6667
DNS resolved irc.example.com to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
net: connect! sock7
Connected to irc.example.com
net: eof!(write) socket 7 (Connection refused,lll)
Disconnected from irc.example.com

I've tried several different servers, and they all have the same error message.
How can I fix this?

Most likely this error occurs because of a missing identd server. Some servers are picky about the usernames you use. _________________ Johoho's TCL for beginners
