This is my live stats page www.boduashi.net:7778 i just want to customize it and i don't know how to. example: change background color change border width

Typically you would add 'bgcolor=' to the <body> tag:

Read HTML Color - bgcolor for further information.

Information regarding borders can be found here.

A quick look at the code indicates only the normal table border setting of zero (hidden). The link is dead (at time of writing) so am unable to determine your reference to borders.
