[15:14] Listening at telnet port 4540 (all).
[15:14] Creating channel file
[15:14] * STARTING BOT IN USERFILE CREATION MODE.
Telnet to the bot and enter 'NEW' as your nickname.


I've been at this for hours Sad

Is did ps aux and I don't see the process, it seems it is being killed instantly. How do I get eggdrop to actually run?

At the console type:
Code:
./eggdrop -n eggdrop.conf

Observe the output and you'll see what is happening.
