Hi all,

I'm curious on why when you link several bots into one botnet they can only share banlist. I mean when I type +ban, it goes to all bots which is I think what it should be, but it doesn't work with +user, -user, +chattr, etc.

I have two bots that are using linux based shells and they are able to send +user, +chattr commands between those bots but not to bots that are using freebsd based shells.

Is there anything different when you compile on freebsd, or something I need to do on the config?

It actually does work with all functions including bans.

Enhancing Your Eggdrop

Make certain the appropriate flags are set for each bot that is file sharing:
Code:
.help whois

... also read carefully the "##### BOTNET/DCC/TELNET #####" section in eggdrop.conf.
