how can i stop this thing ?!?

thats when i am an DCC Chat with him!! how can i stop that?! Please help me! what da is that?! i even don;t know whats that

Looks like someone is trying to hammer your bot's telnet connection, in which case, I'd just disable the telnet option in the config (or limit it to localhost.)
