I need a very small tcl script for my eggdrop that changes the topic in my channel. But it has to change it acordingly...

Example IRC Channel Topic: Welcome To Music Blaster. Currently Playing: <SONG> Server IP: <IP>

!Next - Command Changes The <SONG> Variable
!IP - Command Changes The IP Address

ONLY OP'ed people (+o) have access to these commands, un-op'ed people are ignored from thiese commands.
Can anyone make this for me, thank you
