Eggdrop have some kind of self-flood protection and after first 3 putserv it slow down and send only 1 putserv for 1 second. I want to turn off this protection and to send all putserv msgs immediately even if they are 100.

Please help me, how can I do that?

Read this. Or you can use [putdccraw] instead of [putserv] which will send immediately to the server without using Eggdrop's queue (Search for putdccraw).
