Is a user with the "f" flag in a specific channel protected from idle kicks in that channel?

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I am assuming that if normal channel parameters exist, the idle-kick is included in the "not punished for flooding, etc." for "f" users. I re-read the docs several times and it wasn't clear if the protection only included actual flood protects, or if it included idle-kick which is not really a flood setting.
